Prototyping

In our own protype department, a real sample seat is made from the idea and the specific customer requirements. From structural design and foam modelling to cover development.

Metal processing & surface treatment

In series production, ISRI covers the entire value chain of a seat system. From the in-house stamping and welding shop to surface treatment and final assembly.

Seat assembly

New production technologies and the high vertical range of manufacture in the ISRINGHAUSEN Group make it possible to manufacture individual product solutions for our customers.

Testing

Highest quality and safety is guaranteed during the seat development by our own measuring and testing laboratory. Flexible endurance test stands and crash tests regularly measure the structural strength and durability of our products.

Seat Systems

With our new production technologies on the standard of Industry 4.0, tailor-made driver, co-driver and passenger seats are manufactured in over 50 plans.

Logistics
