We deliver exclusively in accordance with the current version of our General Terms and Conditions for Supplies. We can provide our written terms and conditions on request. In all cases we deliver under reservation of ownership.

These terms and conditions are an integral part of all contracts with our suppliers and contractors (hereinafter uniformly referred to as "Supplier"), including current or future business relations. Deviating agreements, in particular contradictory terms and conditions of our suppliers, require our expressed written consent to become an integral part of a contract. This also applies if we receive supplies and/or services without voiced objection to the said terms and conditions.
